Testing & Pivoting your Idea
Many startups face the challenge of deciding whether to stay the course or adapt their direction. In this session, participants will explore what it means to pivot, how to recognize when change is necessary, and how to evaluate new opportunities while assessing whether maintaining the current path may still be the right strategy. The workshop will also examine how artificial intelligence can influence and reshape business models, as well as how founders can leverage AI tools to test assumptions, validate ideas more efficiently, and accelerate experimentation in the early stages of building a venture.
Building Resilience for Long-Term Growth
This session explores resilience as a trainable and essential skill for entrepreneurs navigating uncertainty and pressure. Through interactive discussions, reflection exercises, and practical tools, participants will learn how to manage stress more effectively, develop realistic optimism, face fear constructively, strengthen emotional and cognitive flexibility, and build supportive habits and relationships that sustain long-term performance and wellbeing.
The workshop also examines the role of values, purpose, physical and mental resilience, and adaptive thinking in helping founders grow through challenges and maintain momentum in demanding entrepreneurial environments.
